Steps to make Three color steamed egg
- 1. Wash Century egg, eggs and Salted duck egg with water respectively.
- 2. Separate the yolk from the egg white (put the egg white liquid of Salted duck egg together).
- 3. Peel Century egg and put it with salted egg yolk.
- 4. Cut Century egg and salted egg yolk and put them into a greased glass bowl.
- 5. Add cooking wine to break up the protein. Salted duck egg are salty enough, so you don't need to add salt.
- 6. Pour it into a glass bowl, and the foam can be removed.
- 7. Steam in the pot for 10 minutes.
- 8. Pour in the egg yolk mixture and steam for another 5 minutes.
