Steps to make Wuren Biscuits
- 1. Cut butter into small pieces and soften at room temperature
- 2. Add sugar and egg mixture in two portions and beat well
- 3. Whip until white and fluffy
- 4. Add the five nut filling and stir evenly
- 5. Sieve in low gluten flour
- 6. Cut and mix evenly
- 7. Divide evenly into small balls and place them on a baking tray
- 8. Gently press out the texture with a fork
- Preheat the oven to 170 degrees Celsius, heat the middle layer up and down, and observe the coloring for about 20 minutes
- 10. After baking, let it cool.
