Steps to make Wuren Biscuits

  • 1. Cut butter into small pieces and soften at room temperature
  • 2. Add sugar and egg mixture in two portions and beat well
  • 3. Whip until white and fluffy
  • 4. Add the five nut filling and stir evenly
  • 5. Sieve in low gluten flour
  • 6. Cut and mix evenly
  • 7. Divide evenly into small balls and place them on a baking tray
  • 8. Gently press out the texture with a fork
  • Preheat the oven to 170 degrees Celsius, heat the middle layer up and down, and observe the coloring for about 20 minutes
  • 10. After baking, let it cool.
