Steps to make Onion beef curry rice
- Soak beef in bleeding water, wash and set aside.
- 2. Set aside onions, potatoes, and carrots.
- 3. The curry chunks and ginger are ready.
- 4. Cut beef into pieces and blanch them with water, then rinse and set aside.
- 5. Onions, dogs, and carrots are all cut and served on a plate.
- 6. Preheat the wok with oil and heat it up, then add onions and stir fry until fragrant.
- 7. Add beef and stir fry.
- 8. Pour in cooking wine and season with soy sauce.
- 9. Add boiling water and transfer to a pressure cooker. Add curry cubes, cover with a lid, and press for 30 minutes.
- 10. Once the beef is ripe, be careful when opening the lid.
- 11. Put potatoes and carrots together and simmer while collecting juice.
- 12. Season the potatoes with salt after they are cooked.
- 13. Add rice, drizzle with curry, sprinkle with scallions and black sesame to enjoy.
