Yesterday was the International Women's Day, an annual holiday where one must make a beautiful dessert to reward oneself. The first thing that comes to mind is to be a Snow Maiden. The traditional Snow Maiden is filled with light cream fruit filling, and today we will make this basic filling. But after all, it's the International Women's Day, and being a chubby white person is meaningless. So, corresponding to fruits, we made them into three colored skins, and decorated them with flowers and bows. Haha, it seems that bows are the girlish plot of every woman.

Steps to make Colorful Fruit Snow Maiden
- 1. First, put 25g of sugar into the milk, heat it slightly, stir until the sugar melts, and then let it cool to hand temperature
- 2. Mix corn starch and glutinous rice flour and sift them into milk
- 3. Stir evenly, there may be some starch particles
- 4. Sift and filter out the particles, but be careful not to throw them away. Use a scraper and spatula to move them back and forth, and the particles can be filtered out without wasting or affecting the amount of powder in the formula
- 5. Cover with plastic wrap and puncture holes
- 6. Steam in boiling water for 30 minutes
- 7. Once the steamed dough has solidified completely, it's ready to go.
- 8. While hot, put the butter into the steamed dough. Preheat the butter and it will melt
- 9. Use a shovel to mix and knead until the butter is completely absorbed by the dough, then let it cool
- 10. Take one-third and add red yeast powder. Note to only add 1/8 teaspoon, the color will be pink. If there is too much, the color will be too red
- 11. Knead evenly to make pink dough
- 12. Take one-third of the dough and add 1/4 teaspoon of matcha powder
- 13. Knead evenly to become green dough
- 14. Put the three types of dough in the refrigerator and refrigerate for about 1 hour
- Wash the fruits thoroughly and set aside for later use. Fruits can be customized according to personal preferences. Mango is actually my favorite, but it didn't work today. Please adjust the variety of fruits yourself
- 16. Add 15 grams of sugar to light cream
- 17. Stir until 6 portions are served, then lift the egg beater to form this triangular shape
- 18. Divide the dough into 30g cubes, apply a thin layer of hand powder, roll out the dough and set it aside. Hand flour refers to the flour fried with glutinous rice flour, which will not stick to the hands when added slightly
- 19. Put the whipped cream into a piping bag for better operation
- 20. Take pink slices, squeeze in light cream, and add red dragon fruit
- 21. Wrap tightly like a bun, paying attention to pulling off any excess dough squeezed at the top, otherwise the bottom will be too thick.
- 22. White package with blueberries, green package with kiwifruit
- Mango is my favorite, and those who like mangoes can also switch to mangoes
- 24. Six packages were packed and given away. After refrigeration in the refrigerator, the taste is good again
- 25. For the remaining six, I decorated them with bows to enhance my mood. How does it look like the chubby little guy is also very beautiful!
