A few days ago, I received French lamb chops from Little Tail Sheep. I marinated them with a little salt and black pepper to enhance their flavor, then saut é them for a while before baking them in the oven. Paired with a simple potato base, it absorbed the lamb juice and made the lamb chops fragrant but not gamey, with tender meat. I fell in love with grilling lamb chops with a simple recipe.

Steps to make Fragrant roasted French lamb chops
- 1. The received French lamb chops are fresh and do not require thawing.
- 2. Sprinkle an appropriate amount of salt and crushed black pepper evenly on the lamb chops and marinate for about 15 minutes.
- 3. Peel and slice potatoes and carrots, and cut small onions in half for later use.
- 4. Pour a little olive oil into a hot pot and fry the marinated sheep in the pan. If the color changes slightly on both sides, remove them.
- 5. Pour in the prepared ingredients and stir fry a few more times.
- 6. Place tin foil, potato slices, and carrots at the bottom of the baking tray. Place the lamb chops in the baking tray one by one, and sprinkle some chopped black pepper and stir fried onions on top.
- Preheat the oven for 5 minutes in advance, and turn it from 230 degrees for 15 minutes to 200 degrees for 15 minutes.
