    Steps to make Sesame sauce Shaobing (Baked cake in griddle)

    • 8. Pinch the two ends of the small section first to prevent the sesame sauce from overflowing, then flip both ends downwards at the same time and pinch tightly
    • 9. Round and flatten
    • 10. Brush a thin layer of sesame paste
