Steps to make Minced meat, dried bamboo shoots, and green balls

  • 1. Prepare the necessary ingredients.
  • 2. Chop pork belly, shiitake mushrooms, carrots, and dried bamboo shoots into small pieces.
  • 3. Add 1 tablespoon of cooking wine, light soy sauce, and oyster sauce, mix well, and set aside.
  • 4. Add 55g warm water into glutinous rice flour and mix well.
  • 5. Add 40 grams of hot water to the flour and mix well.
  • Mix two types of batter, add 10 grams of lard and knead well.
  • 7. Steam in a boiling pot for 10 minutes.
  • 8. Blanch spinach in a boiling pot for 1 minute and remove.
  • 9. Put it into the blender and stir until fine.
  • 10. Filter through a sieve and keep the spinach puree.
  • 11. Add spinach puree to the steamed dough.
  • 12. Wear disposable gloves and knead the dough and spinach puree evenly.
