    Steps to make Roujiamo

    • 1. Cut the pork belly into cubes.
    • 2. Blanch the cut pork belly in water to remove any blood foam.
    • 3. Prepare scallions, ginger, garlic, seasoning, cinnamon, and fragrant leaves.
