Steps to make Kung Pao chicken
- 1. Clean chicken legs for later use.
- 2. Remove bones and cut into pieces, add cooking wine, soy sauce, ginger, pepper, starch, and marinate for 10 minutes.
- 3. Stir fry chicken legs in hot oil in a pot.
- 4. Leave some oil in the pot and stir fry the ingredients.
- 5. Add the chicken leg meat.
- 6. Add peanuts and stir fry evenly. Season with soy sauce, oyster oil and salt.
- 7. Install the tray.
