Steps to make Braised Salmon

  • 1. The salmon should be thawed in the refrigerator in advance and the ingredients should be prepared.
  • 2. Marinate salmon with lemon slices for about 10 minutes to remove the fishy smell.
  • 3. Peel and slice salmon into pieces.
  • 4. Marinate salmon with soy sauce and sugar for 15 minutes, then catch evenly.
  • Blanch broccoli and carrots in water for 3 minutes until cooked.
  • 6. Brush oil in a hot pot and add salmon.
  • 7. Pan fry salmon over medium to low heat until golden brown on both sides.
