Steps to make Braised Salmon
- 1. The salmon should be thawed in the refrigerator in advance and the ingredients should be prepared.
- 2. Marinate salmon with lemon slices for about 10 minutes to remove the fishy smell.
- 3. Peel and slice salmon into pieces.
- 4. Marinate salmon with soy sauce and sugar for 15 minutes, then catch evenly.
- Blanch broccoli and carrots in water for 3 minutes until cooked.
