Steps to make Creative sushi

  • 1. First, simmer the rice.
  • 2. Take it out and let it cool for later use.
  • 3. Squeeze out the red core dragon juice, then filter out the residue through a fine sieve.
  • 4. Add a small amount (multiple times) of red core dragon juice each time to mix the rice evenly to the desired color.
  • 5. Divide the rice into two parts, one of which has been mixed into the color of dragon juice.
  • 6. Prepare a small mold and apply a small amount of edible oil coated with seaweed on the inside to prevent sticking. Then, add white rice to the mold and compact it.
  • 7. Fill and compact the dragon fruit juice rice on top, gently remove the film, and a beautiful two-color flower rice is ready. Not only can it increase children's fun and appetite, but it is also naturally colorless.
  • 8. Green fish roe sauce prepared (for decoration).
  • 9. Place green flying fish seeds in the middle of the flower as a decorative core, it looks very beautiful.
  • 10. Take a small square shaped mold and add white rice to it for compaction (don't forget to apply oil on the inside of the mold, other molds can also be used).
  • 11. This design is simple, with a dual color diagonal pattern. I used a knife to cover the white rice diagonally, and a small knife to gently lay a layer of green flying fish seeds on the other triangle, which is both simple and beautiful.
  • 12. Two different shapes of sushi rice have unique shapes, bright colors, natural colors, and are suitable for everyone (I made cherry blossom rice the day before yesterday (a bit rare), and some family members have not tasted it yet).
