Steps to make Dried preserved fish

  • I bought half a piece of green fish, about 4 pounds.
  • 2. Make three cuts on the surface before cutting with the fourth cut.
  • 3. Cut fish chunks.
  • 4. Prepare marinade: salt (one kilogram of fish with 15g of salt), crushed dried chili peppers, and thirteen spices.
  • 5. Pour the marinade into the fish chunks.
  • 6. Add high proof rice wine and soy sauce.
  • 7. Apply evenly.
  • 8. Cover with cling film and marinate in a cool place for 24 hours.
  • After marinating and flavoring, hang it on a hook in a well ventilated area and let it dry naturally.
  • The weather is dry and it only took three days to sun dry. It is very delicious for frying, stewing, and steaming.
