Steps to make Soup dumpling
- 1. Prepare ingredients.
- 2. Cut amaranth into small pieces, chop lean meat into small pieces, and thicken with 1 teaspoon of cornstarch.
- 3. Boil water in a pot, add half a spoonful of pepper, scatter the minced meat and cook until cooked, skim off any foam.
