  • 5. Take another pot and pour in 48g of sugar, 112g of maltose, 68g of water, and 2g of salt. Bring to a boil over medium heat.
  • 6. Cook until the liquid temperature in the pot reaches approximately 130 degrees.
  • 7. Quickly pour the cooked liquid into the stir fried sesame seeds and stir fry evenly (the sesame seeds and liquid are slightly sticky when mixed, if not, it indicates that the previous liquid has not been cooked well. In this case, you can heat the sesame seeds and liquid in the pot again and stir fry until they are sticky.)
  • 8. After stir frying, pour it onto non stick paper (using oil paper for the oven is sufficient).
