Stewed Bird's Nest with Rock Sugar and Milk

1. Soak bird's nest in water and clean it thoroughly.

2. Put it into a stewing cup, add pure water without bird's nest, cover it with a lid, steam in a steamer over water for hours, and add an appropriate amount of rock sugar to continue steaming after about 50 minutes.

3. Take a stewing cup and pour in milk and pitted red dates to soak for 20 minutes. Cover and heat in a pot over water for 5 minutes, or use a microwave to heat.

4. Pour the heated bird's nest and milk together.
