  • 1. Prepare the main ingredients: cucumber, eggs, carrots, black fungus (soaked in advance), and pork tenderloin.
  • 2. Slice the pork tenderloin, cut the cucumber and carrot into diamond shaped slices, and cut the ginger and garlic with a knife.
  • 3. Add a little salt and white pepper to the sliced meat to make it sticky, then add half of the egg white and stir evenly. Add corn starch, and finally add cooking oil to lock in the starch.
  • 4. Put two spoons of delicious and fresh soy sauce in a small bowl.
  • 5. A spoonful of Wei Da Mei rock sugar soy sauce.
  • 6. Mix one spoonful of corn starch with an appropriate amount of water and set aside.
