Steps to make Ai Qingtuan
- 1. Prepare wormwood leaves, ginger, glutinous rice flour, sticky Rice noodles, white granulated sugar and other ingredients;
- 2. Select tender leaves from mugwort, wash and blanch;
- 3. Put the blanched mugwort and ginger into a blender and crush them;
