Steps to make Fried Eggs with Chives
- 1. Clean the chives thoroughly, remove the older parts of the roots, and then cut them into sections about 5cm long.
- 2. Put three eggs into a bowl and stir in the same direction with chopsticks.
- 3. Add base oil to the pot, fry the eggs until cooked, and scoop them into small pieces.
- 4. Stir fry the yellow chives over high heat for a few times.
