Steps to make fried prawns

  • 1. First, prepare the ingredients and toppings, wash the shrimp clean, pick out the shrimp line, and cut off the shrimp whiskers for later use.
  • 2. Pour a little more vegetable oil into a non stick pan and heat it up to about 7-8%.
  • 3. Spread the sea shrimp flat and put it in the pot. Turn to low heat and slowly fry until it turns red.
  • 4. When the bottom is completely red, flip it over and continue frying. Fry both sides of the shrimp completely red, and remove the shrimp skin for later use.
  • 5. Leave a little oil in the pot, pour in shredded ginger and minced garlic, and fry until fragrant.
  • 6. Pour in tomato sauce and half a cup of purified water, stir fry gently.
  • 7. Then add granulated sugar, salt, and chopped scallions, stir fry well.
  • 8. Finally, pour in the sea shrimp that was just fried and stir fry over high heat until evenly cooked. Serve on a plate and sprinkle with chopped green onions before serving.
