Steps to make Sweet and Sour Pork Ribs

  • 1. Wash the pork ribs, mix flour with water and disperse. Pour in the pork ribs and stir well.
  • 2. Mix the flour with water to make sesame paste, then add the pork ribs and coat them with flour.
  • 3. Put more oil in the pot, and when the oil temperature is high, fry the pork ribs wrapped in flour one by one in the oil pot. Wait for the color to change, pick up the pork ribs and put them in a bowl. Heat the oil temperature again and pour all the fried and formed pork ribs into the oil pan. Reduce the heat and slowly fry for about ten minutes. Pick up the pork ribs and control the oil. Adding oil to a bowl can stir fry dishes.
  • 4. Add water and sugar to the pot, then pour in tomato sauce and stir evenly.
  • 5. Pour in the fried pork ribs, turn off the heat and stir fry evenly before removing from the pan.
