Eating clay pot cuisine in winter is a good choice. Various ingredients paired with clay pot have different flavors. I still prefer beef or lamb with spicy flavor. Adding some vermicelli, stewed with Chinese cabbage, fresh and spicy, appetizing, and very warm!

Steps to make Beef vermicelli clay pot
- 1. Preparation of raw materials.
- 2. Add some ginger slices and scallions to the beef chunks, and cook them in water.
- 3. Let the cooked beef cool and slice, and also cut the Chinese cabbage into small pieces.
- 4. Spread the sliced cabbage on the bottom of the pot.
- 5. Spread beef slices on top of cabbage and add vermicelli.
- 6. Heat a pot of cold oil and stir fry Pixian Douban Sauce over low heat until fragrant.
- 7. Add all the stir fried Douban sauce to the clay pot.
- 8. Add an appropriate amount of beef soup, soy sauce, salt, and sugar, bring to a boil, and then simmer over high heat for about 5 minutes.
- Finally, sprinkle some green garlic leaves.
