Steps to make White Fruit, Soybeans, and Carp Soup
- 1. Remove scales and internal organs from crucian carp, clean them thoroughly, and cut them with a knife.
- 2. Wash the soybeans, remove the white fruits, and blanch them in boiling water. Remove from the water.
- Soak Tremella fuciformis in water for 20 minutes, rinse thoroughly, and tear into small pieces.
- 4. Heat the wok over high heat and add oil until 40% hot. Add crucian carp and fry briefly.
- 5. Fry the crucian carp until the skin is peeled and the fish meat is exposed before serving.
- 6. Bring to a boil an appropriate amount of water over high heat, then add soybeans, white fruits, and Tremella fuciformis.
- 7. Bring to a boil again, add crucian carp and ginger slices, and simmer over low heat.
