This bread has a good taste, soft and moist, fragrant, but I'm not good at it.

Steps to make No need to knead bread

  • 1. Add yeast, honey, and salt to warm water (210 grams per bowl of water) and stir well. Mix the eggs well, let the butter melt over water, pour all the liquid into the flour (add another 105 grams depending on the condition of the flour), and mix well.
  • 2. Cover with plastic wrap, let it ferment under warm air for 2 hours, and then refrigerate overnight in the refrigerator.
  • 3. After taking it out, cut the appropriate dough with a knife, sprinkle some dry flour (very sticky) and roll it into long round strips to make braids (or circles).
  • After relaxing for 20 minutes, brush a layer of egg mixture and sprinkle some black sesame seeds (white sugar is also acceptable).
  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius, place the baking tray in the middle layer for about 25 minutes (I made it too big and took 30 minutes), and in the last 5 minutes, I covered it with tin foil.
  • After tasting it, it didn't taste sweet, so the rest was washed with the finished liquid and sprinkled with rock sugar powder.
