I am increasingly fond of the flavor of cheese, and currently, the cheesecake I make is mostly consumed by myself. I made blueberry cheesecake once a year ago, but due to carelessness, the cake mold was not coated with oil, resulting in a failed demolding. From years ago until now, I have found that there are more and more failures, either due to carelessness or not doing my homework at home. I gave the 6-inch round mold to my cousin, so I had to mold it with my heart. The finished product looks a bit good

Steps to make Blueberry Cheese Cake
- 1. Remove the filling from the Oreo cookies, then put them in a fresh-keeping bag and crush them with a rolling pin for later use. Melt butter by microwave heating and mix well with cookie crumbs.
- 2. Place oiled paper on the bottom of the cake mold, spread cream around the edges of the cake mold, and pour the mixed cookies into the cake mold to compact it. Then refrigerate for half an hour
- 3. Cut the cream cheese into small pieces and place them on a plate. Add white sugar and stir in hot water over water until a fine cheese paste is formed.
- 4. Divide the egg mixture into three parts and add them to the cheese batter in sequence. Continue stirring and mixing evenly.
- 5. Add light cream and continue stirring until well mixed.
- 6. Scoop out a little cheese batter and set it aside. Add blueberry sauce to the cheese batter and stir.
- 7. Mix the blueberry sauce evenly.
- 8. Pour the cheese batter into the cake mold.
- 9. Add blueberry sauce to the scooped cheese batter for coloring, and then put it in a piping bag.
- 10. Subtract the corners of the piping bag with scissors and squeeze out patterns on the cheese paste.
- 11. Use a toothpick to scratch a few times.
- Preheat the oven to 150 degrees Celsius, pour water into the baking tray, wrap the outer layer of the cake mold with tin foil, and place the cake mold on the grill to bake at 150 degrees Celsius for 45-50 minutes.
