Steps to make Matcha bunny cookies

- 2. Prepare the ingredients according to the formula and weigh them for later use. Butter softens at room temperature.
- 3. Place softened butter in a large bowl and use a manual mixer to beat until it turns white and smooth.
- 4. Gradually add granulated sugar to butter in 3 portions, stir until well mixed each time, and then add the next time.
- 5. Add the raw egg yolk and stir evenly.
