I love making any kind of pasta with bean paste filling, this time I'll make a bean paste flower bread!

Steps to make Bean Paste Flower Bread

  • 1. Heat the yeast and stir the milk evenly.
  • 2. Add flour, eggs, salt, sugar, yeast, and water to the bowl and stir.
  • 3. Knead into dough.

  • 5. After kneading, add butter and continue stirring.

  • 7. Knead into a smooth dough.
  • 8. Choose the bread machine fermentation function for 1 hour to ferment.
  • 9. Fermentation to twice the size, rub a hole by hand without shrinking.

  • 14. Add bean paste filling.
