Steps to make Bean Paste Flower Bread
- 1. Heat the yeast and stir the milk evenly.
- 2. Add flour, eggs, salt, sugar, yeast, and water to the bowl and stir.
- 3. Knead into dough.
- 4. Put it into the bread maker and stir for another 20 minutes.
- 5. After kneading, add butter and continue stirring.
- 6. Pick up a piece of dough halfway and pull it with your hand. If there is a rough film, it is sufficient and does not need to reach the glove film.
- 7. Knead into a smooth dough.
- 8. Choose the bread machine fermentation function for 1 hour to ferment.
- 9. Fermentation to twice the size, rub a hole by hand without shrinking.
- 10. Remove the dough and exhaust it.
