Steps to make Chocolate Snow Cake
- 1. Prepare ingredients.
- 2. Separate the egg white and yolk.
- 3. Add granulated sugar to the egg yolk and use an electric mixer to beat at low speed until the sugar melts.
- 4. Add milk and salad oil in three portions and stir well.
- 5. Sift in cocoa powder and flour.
- 6. Gently flip and mix evenly with a rubber knife.
- 7. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius for 10 minutes.
- 8. Beat the egg whites.
- 9. Divide the protein into three parts and add them to the batter. Flip from bottom to top and mix well.
- 10. Pour the batter into a paper tray and make it 70% full. Then put it into the preheated oven and bake over 180 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes.
