Steps to make Chinese style pizza

  • 1. First, let's make the crust for Chinese pizza. Mix the cornmeal and soybean flour thoroughly with water and let them rise for about an hour. After waking up for a longer time, the taste is better. Crack in an egg and add a little baking soda.
  • 2. Next, deal with the filling: Wash the chives, control the water, and chop them into small pieces.
  • 3. Stir two eggs together and stir fry until cooked. Use a spatula to cut them into small pieces while frying. After stir frying, turn off the heat and pour in the chopped chives.
  • 4. Add a small amount of shrimp skin.
  • 5. Seasoning: Add salt, Sichuan pepper powder, and a little sesame oil. Then mix the filling evenly.
  • 6. Heat up the baking pan, pour in a little oil, and pour the well mixed corn and soybean flour into the pan and spread it evenly. Then spread the well made chive filling on top.
  • 7. Cover the pot and fry for about 15 minutes.
