- 1. Put all ingredients except butter into the bread maker in the order of liquid first and then powder, and start a dough mixing program.

- 3. Ferment to twice the original size, take out the exhaust, divide into 12 equal parts, knead round, cover with cling film, and let go for 15 minutes.
