Steps to make Bacon rolls

  • 1. Put all ingredients except butter into the bread maker in the order of liquid first and then powder, and start a dough mixing program.
  • 2. After completing a dough mixing program, add softened butter and start another dough mixing program. At this point, the expansion stage has been reached and basic fermentation is underway.
  • 3. Ferment to twice the original size, take out the exhaust, divide into 12 equal parts, knead round, cover with cling film, and let go for 15 minutes.
  • 4. Take a dough, flatten it, roll it out into a tongue shaped or rectangular shape, and squeeze a little salad dressing.
  • 5. Spread a piece of pre prepared bacon on top.
  • 6. Roll it up, and use a little pressure to press the bacon roll when rolling.
  • 7. Prepare other dough using the same method and place it on a grill covered with oil paper for secondary fermentation. After fermentation, brush a layer of whole egg mixture.
  • 8. Transfer to the preheated middle layer of the oven and heat it up and down at 175 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes.
  • 9. Bake until the surface turns golden yellow.
