Steps to make Brown Sugar Cake
- 1. Heat the glutinous rice flour with water and mix it with chopsticks to form a floccule (the amount of water increases or decreases appropriately). Blend it with hands to form a smooth dough. Cover it with plastic wrap and wake up for 15-20 minutes
