    • 1. Add proper amount of water to glutinous rice flour
    • 2. Form a moderately soft and hard team

    • 4. Preheat the electric pressure cooker beforehand and add a small amount of cooking oil. Press the glutinous rice balls into a cake shape and fry them in the electric pressure cooker
    • 5. Mix a bowl of brown sugar water
    • 6. Pour on top of the fried rice cakes on both sides
    • 7. Use chopsticks to hold the rice cake until it is completely covered in brown sugar,
