Steps to make Rose Ham Crispy Roll
- 1. Cut the ham slices in half.
- 2. Cut the puff pastry into evenly thick and thin strips.
- 3. Fold the ham slices one by one and stick them on the puff pastry.
- 4. Then roll up the puff pastry strip. Close the mouth and apply egg mixture to fix it.
- 5. Place the rolled roses on a baking tray, adjust their shape, and brush the noodles with whole egg mixture. If the ham used has a light taste, sprinkle an appropriate amount of salt and crushed black pepper.
