Steps to make Beiguo Bread

  • 1. Mix flour, salt, yeast, brown sugar, and water into a dough until the fascia expansion stage
  • 2. Divide the dough into 4 portions and knead them into balls. Place them in a fermentation box and let them ferment for 10 minutes
  • 3. Shape the dough into a donut shaped circular ring and let it ferment again for 20 minutes
  • 4. Boil the maple syrup in water, add the dough, cook for about a minute, remove and place on a baking tray
  • 5. Brush protein on the surface, sprinkle oatmeal, and bake at 200 degrees for 15 minutes
