Steps to make Carnation cake
- 1. Separate the egg whites and yolks, add 1 gram of salt and 10 grams of sugar to the yolks, and stir well.
- 2. Add 50 grams of salad oil in 3 portions, stir well each time.
- 3. Add milk in two portions, stir well each time.
- 4. Sift in low powder.
- 5. Stir until there are no particles.
- 6. Add a few drops of lemon juice to the egg whites and use an electric mixer to beat until they form large bubbles
- 7. Add 1/3 of 50 grams of sugar
- 8. Stir until the volume increases by about twice, and when the foam is relatively fine, add 1/2 of the remaining sugar
- 9. Continue stirring until the surface becomes textured and add the remaining sugar.
- 10. Stir until wet and foamy, with long pointed edges that are not very straight and won't fall off when inverted.
- 11. Take about 15 grams of egg yolk paste from two bowls, add two types of pigments and mix well,
- 12. Take about twice the volume of the red egg yolk batter and add it to the egg white
- 13. Mix evenly by flipping up and down.
- 14. Prepare two piping bags and put them into small bottles. Fill them with colored cake batter, cut a small opening, and tie a knot in the empty space at the top.
- 15. First, draw carnations on the baking tray.
- 16. Draw the leaves and flower buds again.
- 17. Draw a bow below and bake in a preheated oven at 170 degrees Celsius for 2 minutes.
- At this point, mix the cake batter and add 1/3 of the egg white to the egg yolk batter

- 20. Pour the mixed egg yolk paste into the egg white and stir evenly until the egg white and yolk are completely fused.
