Steps to make Iceberg lava
- 1. Put an egg yolk into the boiling pot.
- 2. Add 20g of white sugar.
- 3. Add 200g of light cream.
- 4. Add 100g of dark chocolate.
- 5. Slowly simmer the chocolate over low heat.
