Steps to make Pan-Fried Baozi Stuffed with Pork
- 1. Mix the meat filling and seasonings evenly (I forgot about the meat filling part when I finished serving, so I added it)
- 2. Finally, add chopped scallions and stir evenly
- 3. Mix flour with yeast, a little salt, warm water, and let the dough rise for one hour
- 4. Cut into small pieces and roll them into circles
