Steps to make Pan-Fried Baozi Stuffed with Pork

  • 1. Mix the meat filling and seasonings evenly (I forgot about the meat filling part when I finished serving, so I added it)
  • 2. Finally, add chopped scallions and stir evenly
  • 3. Mix flour with yeast, a little salt, warm water, and let the dough rise for one hour
  • 4. Cut into small pieces and roll them into circles
  • 5. Baobaozi
  • 6. Fry briefly in oil for a while until the bottom turns golden brown
  • 7. Add water to half of the package and cover with low heat to simmer for six minutes
  • 8. Collect the dried water
  • 9. Sprinkle chopped scallions and stir fry evenly
  • 10. Take out the pot
