Steps to make Shaanxi snacks - Ma Shi
- 1. Prepare all materials.
- 2. Soak the yellow cauliflower and fungus in cold water.
- 3. Cut dried tofu, shiitake mushrooms, shiitake mushrooms, carrots, potatoes, tomatoes, fungus, and yellow cabbage into small pieces.
