Steps to make Naked Oat Noodle Fish
- 1. Soak dried shiitake mushrooms in water, wash and cut into small cubes. Wash potatoes and carrots, peel and cut into small cubes. Wash celery thoroughly and cut into small pieces.
- Wash the tomatoes and cut them into small pieces.
- 3. Add an appropriate amount of hot water to the flour of the naked oats, stir well with chopsticks, and make it into a dough without burning your hands. Cover with cling film and let it stand aside. Then take a broad bean sized lump of naked oats and put a pinch in the palm of your hand to make it a fish with naked oats.
