- 1. Prepare the ingredients
- 2. Bring to a boil, pour in green beans, carrots, and corn kernels, blanch for about 1 minute, remove and drain for later use
- 3. Beat the eggs, chop the scallions into scallions, diced ham, and marinate the shrimp with 1 teaspoon cooking wine and 1 teaspoon starch for 10 minutes
