Steps to make Zhong dumplings
- 1. Prepare ingredients: minced pork, dumpling wrappers (I bought them, if you don't mind the trouble, you can make them yourself)

- 3. Add ginger, 2g of salt, white pepper, soy sauce, chicken essence, corn oil (if the meat is too fat, it can be omitted), and corn starch to the minced meat
- 4. Stir in one direction and add water (about 40g) in multiple portions, stirring vigorously
- 5. Before packaging, add chopped scallions and mix well

- 7. Start making dumplings, take a piece of dumpling skin, put in the filling, and apply some water to the edge of the dumpling skin to increase stickiness
