Steps to make Tofu with Vegetables
- 1. Peel the pre soaked soybeans.
- 2. Add the peeled soybeans to water in a 1:1 ratio and place them in the container cup of the food processor.
- 3. Use a blender to crush the soybeans, do not wait too long, as there are no large particles.
- 4. There are a few granules in the beaten soybean milk. The tofu made in this way has a "rustling" texture when eaten.
- 5. Wash the leafy vegetables thoroughly and use rapeseed, cabbage, or other leafy vegetables.
- 6. Blanch the leafy vegetables in boiling water to remove their green and sweet taste.
- 7. Squeeze the blanched leafy vegetables dry and chop them into small pieces for later use.
- 8. Increase the oil in the pot. If there is no large oil, add a few slices of fatty meat and use low heat to refine the oil.
- 9. Add chopped scallions, ginger or a few pieces of red chili pepper and stir fry until fragrant.
