Steps to make Pumpkin Flower Bread

  • 1. Weigh the raw materials properly.
  • 2. Put milk, eggs, salt, sugar, bread flour, yeast, and pumpkin puree into the bread bucket.
  • 3. Power on the bread maker and set it to knead for 30 minutes.
  • 4. Add butter when the noodle program is finished.
  • 5. Continue selecting and facing for 10 minutes.

  • 11. All dough is ready.
  • 12. Place oiled paper on the baking tray and place the breadcrumbs on top of the oiled paper. The secondary fermentation takes about 40 minutes to reach 2.5 times the original size.
  • 13. Brush egg mixture on the surface and sprinkle some sesame seeds in the middle of the flowers for decoration.
  • Preheat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius for 18 minutes.
