Steps to make Black Sesame Ice Cream
- 1. Prepare ingredients.
- 2. Mix egg yolks with milk and white sugar, stir well, then heat over low heat until small bubbles appear and remove from heat. Then add black sesame paste and mix well, let it cool and set aside.
- 3. Whisk the light cream until evenly distributed between 8-9 portions, then mix a small amount of cream with black sesame milk and egg yolk batter, and pour back into the remaining cream to mix well.
- 4. Pour into a clean container, seal and freeze overnight.
