Steps to make Seafood Curry Rice
- 1. Wash the crab and separate the crab roe from the crab body;
- 2. Crush garlic, slice ginger, and cut scallions into sections;
- 3. Add an appropriate amount of oil to the pot and stir fry scallions, ginger, and garlic;
- 4. Cut the crab belly in half, with the section facing downwards, and fry for a while to set;
