Steps to make Self made tofu pudding with Jiuyang soybean milk machine

  • 1. Use the cup delivered by Jiuyang soybean milk machine to measure a cup of dry soybeans.
  • 2. Add water to soak the beans well.
  • 3. Put in the soybean milk machine, add water between the upper and lower water levels, and select the dry beans/wet beans button.
  • 4. Take a large bowl (use 500ml water to approximate the scale line in advance, and add soybean milk to this line), and put 1/4 teaspoon lactone (about more than 1g).
