Steps to make Thai style sweet and spicy shrimp
- 1. Remove the shell and head of the green shrimp and wash thoroughly.
- 2. Open the back to remove the shrimp thread. This time, I directly cut the shrimp from the back, and it has been proven to be fully flavorful and very delicious.
- 3. Add a little salt, pepper, and cooking wine to add a base flavor, then marinate with a little egg white and starch to make it taste fishy.
- 4. Cut green and red peppers into small pieces. I originally planned to use bamboo shoots, but found that there was still broccoli in the refrigerator. So, I used the stem, peeled it off, cut it into small pieces, and put it in a hot pot to heat it. I took it out for later use. Actually, it's just for the color to look good. You can choose vegetables according to your taste, such as cucumbers.
- 5. Heat a little oil in the pot, then add the shrimp and stir fry until it changes color.
- 6. Leave the base oil in the pot and add chopped scallions and ginger until fragrant.
- 7. Pour in the smooth shrimp and stir fry evenly, then add the side dishes.
- 8. Squeeze in Thai sweet and spicy sauce (the shrimp is pre flavored, so I didn't add any other seasoning).
- 9. Stir fry evenly, then take out the pot and serve on a plate!
