Steps to make Thai style sweet and spicy tofu

  • 1. Prepare tofu, lemon sour and spicy sauce, and Thai sweet and spicy sauce.
  • 2. Wash and cut tofu into large pieces; Cut the scallions into white sections and green ones into small pieces; I have chosen tofu that is neither too old nor too tender. It is tender, smooth, and has less bean odor than tender tofu, but it is also stronger than tender tofu, so it won't break easily at a touch. It is also easier to operate.
