- 1. Prepare ingredients: as shown in the picture, peel potatoes, carrots, blanch heart protecting meat, garlic, and curry chunks.
- 2. Cut potatoes and carrots into rolling blades and rinse with clean water to remove excess starch.
- 3. Heat up the oil in a hot pot and stir fry the garlic until fragrant.
