Steps to make Stir fried dumplings
- 1. Clean the vegetables, winter bamboo shoots, carrots, and onions thoroughly, and cut them with a new knife (I forgot to take photos of the vegetables).
- 2. Slice winter bamboo shoots.
- 3. Blanch in a pot of cold water for 3 minutes.
- 4. Add salt, cooking wine, and a little water to the eggs and disperse.
- 5. Heat the oil in the pot, add the egg mixture and stir fry into chunks. Remove from the pan.
- 6. Put oil in the pot, add onions, carrots, and winter bamboo shoots and stir fry for a while.
- 7. Add vegetables and stir fry until 80% cooked.
- 8. Start another pot and fry the dumplings until cooked.
- 9. Put in cooked dumplings, add a small spoonful of Douban sauce and a little light soy sauce and stir fry well.
