- 1. Cut fresh white radish into thin strips. If the knife is not good, you can use a shredder, but the shredded radish must be as thin as possible. The product made in this way looks like a swallow.
- 2. After cutting into thin shreds, put them into cold water to remove the odor of the radish.
- After about ten minutes, remove the shredded radish and control or squeeze out the moisture. This way, the powder sticking effect will be better.
